Second Day Lekki Traffic Lockdown

The Lekki-Epe expressways was for the second day on a traffic lockdown yesterdayand not for COVID-19 reason.

The traffic was purposefully caused by policemen deployed to act on the lockdown order of the federal government.

However, it was another shocker yesterday, it took an eyewitness eight hours to get to Lekki Phase One from Sangotedo to attend to an emergency at at her clinic.

In addition, Dr. Seyi Abolote said the problem is even worsen as she confessed to have been in the traffic for more than five hours as at noon.

Some motorists on essential duty said the traffic in the last two days should be blamed on non-enforcement of the lockdown order.
