Lagos State Government Apprehends Four People Accused of Trafficking in Illegal Substances

The Lagos State Taskforce has apprehended four men suspected of engaging in illicit drug trading.

Through its official account on Friday, the agency verified this information.

Three persons have been identified as suspects: Michael Lawal, 35; Adeniyi Oludare, 18; Alex Loba, 24; and Gaffar Adenekan, 34.

On Friday, the suspects were taken into custody by the authorities in Lagos State’s Mushin area.

“The Lagos State Taskforce officials caught four suspects engaged in illicit substance trading at the Ojunrin axis in Mushin today.

The suspects were caught in the act,” as per the report.

According to the agency, the suspects have been taken to court as appropriate.

The taskforce Chairman, CSP Adetayo Akerele, cautioned residents to stop engaging in drug trafficking or be ready to face legal action.
